Gerald W. Flanagan, OD, MPH has over 20 years of experience in clinical patient care and has published extensively in the peer-reviewed, medical literature.

Dr. Flanagan received his Masters in Public Health from the San Diego State University and he served as an instructor at the University of California San Diego. He is devoting his energies to the home care field after observing the poor quality and choice of care options while their family cared for his father-in-law who suffered from multiple sclerosis for more than 40 years.
