Our Mission

CHCE is dedicated to helping consumers and providers of long-term care services. Consumers want to make informed choices about their care providers and those providers want to substantiate the quality of their services to the consumer. Our mission is simple: to work tirelessly for Home Care that benefits everyone.

Current standards vary from state to state, and in many cases there is no clear line between services that require a license and those that do not. This information gap leaves consumers in the dark. By working with the industry and consumer groups to establish uniform standards, we aim to bring this industry into the light, so that consumers can feel confident they are choosing a provider who is reputable, honest, and competent while giving the providers an opportunity to shine in an open and transparent marketplace.

CHCE works to provide independent verification for our network providers with our CredentialedCare program while CredentialedCare Finder gives the consumer the  resources needed to  locate, hire and interact with these providers. Our goal is to help consumers select providers they can trust.
